  1. Definitions
--------------

„Colorfact" refers to Colorfact Print Center, based in Baia Mare, VAT ID RO12345678. „Client" refers to the individual or company requesting print services.

2. Orders
---------

Orders are confirmed in writing (email or platform). The indicative quote generated by the online configurator is NOT a firm offer — the final quote is issued after print file evaluation.

3. Pre-press
------------

Files provided by the Client are technically verified before print (bleed, color profile, resolution). In case of issues, Colorfact notifies the Client; print does not start without written approval.

4. Turnaround
-------------

Standard turnaround is communicated upon order confirmation. Express (+35% fee) halves the turnaround. Delays caused by Client-requested spec changes are not attributable to Colorfact.

5. Payment
----------

Legal entities: proforma invoice at confirmation, payment within 7 days of delivery. Individuals: full payment at confirmation. Orders over 5,000 RON: 50% deposit.

6. Quality & returns
------------------------

We guarantee conformity with Client-approved files. Quality complaints (color, finish, format) are accepted within 5 days of delivery, with photo evidence. Free reprint for defects attributable to Colorfact.

7. Confidentiality
------------------

Client files are confidential and are not used in our portfolio without written consent. See also [Privacy Policy](/privacy).
