  Who we are

Colorfact Print Center, Baia Mare, VAT ID RO12345678. Personal data controller under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

What data we collect
--------------------

- **Contact form**: name, email, phone (optional), product, message. Stored solely to respond to you and issue your quote.
- **Orders**: billing details (name, VAT ID, address) — retained per Tax Code requirements (10 years).
- **Cookies**: `locale` (chosen language RO/EN). We do NOT use analytics / marketing cookies.

How we use the data
-------------------

Strictly for:

1. Responding to inquiries
2. Issuing quotes and invoices
3. Order communications (status, delivery)

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties, except: courier (for delivery) and accounting firm (for invoices).
